All prices are subject to a 13% Valor Agregado Tax (VAT), which will be added to your total bill.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is due upon check-in.Check-in is from 2:00 PM. We are usually on-site during the day. If you arrive later, no problem – from 4:00 PM, your room key will be hanging on your room door. At the reception door, you’ll find a list with all guest names and room numbers, as well as a photo showing how to find your room (we have only 9 rooms).Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available upon request for $10 per hour, subject to availability.

House Rules and Guest Comfort

🍳 Kitchen: Available until 8:30 PM. Please separate waste into recyclables, organic, and general trash.
💧 Drinking water: Our tap water is safe to drink.
🚽 Toilets: Do not flush toilet paper. Use the trash bin provided.
🏊 Pool: Open until 7:00 PM. Shower before entering.
🦶 Sand: Rinse your feet before entering your room.
❄️ Air Conditioning – Please Use Responsibly:
To ensure sustainability and keep our footprint small, we kindly ask you to use the air conditioning mindfully.
A/C use is limited to a maximum of 14 hours per day. If it is used while windows are open, the allowed usage time may be reduced accordingly.
🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Keep your voice down in shared areas.
🎧 Music: Use headphones for personal listening.
🛏️ Linens and towels are changed twice per week. Additional changes available with a small contribution to our environmental projects.
🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Ask about designated smoking areas. A $300 fine applies for smoking inside the room.
🏊 Pool use is exclusively for registered hotel guests.
🚫 Guests who do not follow our house rules and policies may be asked to leave the hotel without refund or compensation.

Parking

We offer 4 parking spaces directly in front of the property. An additional 3 spots are available on the nearby private side street (access via the side gate). Parking cannot be reserved and is subject to availability.

We offer one wheelchair-accessible room. Please let us know in advance if you require this or any other specific assistance – we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

🏖️ Beach: 5-minute walk (450 m). Exit, turn right, and walk straight. Sheriff Rustico is a great nearby place to eat.
